RESULTS ​The following are a few examples of our case work.

Plaintiff struck on the head by falling merchandise in Renton, WA

58-year-old Plaintiff suffered a mild traumatic brain injury because of being struck on the head by a falling bundle of lumber at a local hardware store. Residual effects of the injuries compromised the plaintiff’s ability to do some of the work he had been performing at the time of the incident. Defendant denied responsibility for the incident.

The parties agreed to binding Arbitration.

Result: Award in favor of the plaintiff for $1,152,854, including $125,00 loss of consortium to plaintiff’s spouse.

Plaintiff Injured in a Head-On Car Accident in Issaquah, WA

51-year-old Plaintiff suffered shoulder and middle back injuries including thoracic outlet syndrome because of a head-on collision. Plaintiff underwent shoulder surgery two years after the collision. Defendant initially disputed liability for the collision. Defendant claimed shoulder surgery was not related to the collision.

Result: Jury Verdict in favor of plaintiff $650,000

Trucking Accident. Plaintiff rear-ended on I-90 in Seattle, WA

57-year-old plaintiff rear-ended in freeway collision and sustained mild traumatic brain injury and pituitary gland injury.

Result: Settlement for $600,000, including payment of plaintiff’s underinsured motorist policy limits.

Plaintiff rear-ended twice in Redmond, WA

60-year-old gentleman was rear-ended on two separate occasions resulting in low back surgery. Defendants claimed the surgery was required because of a pre-existing condition and not the accident.

Result: Settlement $533,000

Plaintiff rear-ended on I-5 in Seattle, WA

25-year-old rear-ended on I-5 in Seattle. The collision caused a fractured leg requiring the placement of a rod in the lower leg.

Result: Settlement $400,000

Plaintiff rear-ended on State Route 167 in Puyallup, WA

72-year-old gentlemen rear-ended by a young, inexperienced driver on the freeway. Plaintiff required neck surgery after the collision.

Result: Settlement for policy limits of $275,000, including claimant’s underinsured motorist policy limits.

Torn Labrum. Plaintiff T-boned in Seattle, WA

28-year-old woman T-boned in Seattle by an inexperienced driver who ran a stop sign. Plaintiff required arthroscopic surgery to repair a torn labrum, but experienced residual pain.

Result: Settlement for policy limits of $350,000, including plaintiff’s under-insured motorist policy limits.

Fractured Hip and Knee Injury. T-bone collision in Kirkland, WA

Plaintiff a 39-year woman was t-boned when the driver of pick-up failed to yield the right of way and turned left into the driver’s side door of plaintiff’s car. Plaintiff suffered knee and hip injuries. Future surgery was not recommended. Defendant denied liability claiming that plaintiff’s headlights were not on.

Result: Settlement for $450,000, over 20 times past medical expenses.

Plaintiff rear-ended in I-90 tunnel, Seattle, WA

52-year-old woman rear-ended on I-90 during rush hour, developed shoulder pain after the collision and ultimately required arthroscopic surgery.

Result: Settlement $230,000, including payment of plaintiff’s underinsured motorist benefits.

Multiple injuries. Pedestrian collision.

86 year-old woman crossing street in the crosswalk, struck by car. Injuries included internal injuries, fractured vertebrae, ribs, collar bone and ankle.

Result: Policy limits settlement $1,410,000.

Slip and fall on an uneven sidewalk, Tacoma, WA

56-year-old woman tripped on an uneven walkway leading to a commercial building and sustained a shoulder injury that required arthroscopic surgery.

Result: Settlement $180,000

Plaintiff injured in T-bone collision near Kent, WA

60-year-old woman injured in T-bone collision when the defendant turned left in front of her failing to yield the right of way. She suffered a fractured left hand and fractured right wrist.

Result: Settlement $215,000
