58-year-old Plaintiff suffered a mild traumatic brain injury because of being struck on the head by a falling bundle of lumber at a local hardware store. Residual effects of the injuries compromised the plaintiff’s ability to do some of the work he had been performing at the time of the incident. Defendant denied responsibility for the incident.

51-year-old Plaintiff suffered shoulder and middle back injuries including thoracic outlet syndrome because of a head-on collision. Plaintiff underwent shoulder surgery two years after the collision. Defendant initially disputed liability for the collision. Defendant claimed shoulder surgery was not related to the collision.

SPINAL INJURIES

60-year-old gentleman was rear-ended on two separate occasions resulting in low back surgery.

25-year-old rear-ended on I-5 in Seattle. The collision caused a fractured leg requiring the placement of a rod in the lower leg.

52-year-old woman rear-ended on I-90 during rush hour, developed shoulder pain after the collision and ultimately required arthroscopic surgery.

Hip Injury
Fractured Hip and Knee Injury. T-bone collision in Kirkland, WA
Plaintiff a 39-year woman was t-boned when the driver of pick-up failed to yield the right of way and turned left into the driver’s side door of plaintiff’s car. Plaintiff suffered knee and hip injuries. Future surgery was not recommended. Defendant denied liability claiming that plaintiff’s headlights were not on.
